- We begin by you telling us a little bit about yourself and the challenge you are facing. We have a form that you can fill out to qualify for a free initial consultation.
- After we receive that form, we will confirm if our service offering is in alignment with your needs. If so, then we will send you a scheduling link to setup an initial consultation with one of our associates. If you prefer to reach out to us directly via email, we can send you the form and link to schedule our initial consultation.
- After our initial consultation, we will share a recommended path forward for your consideration.
While both life coaches and therapists help individuals improve their lives, therapists typically focus on addressing mental health issues and past traumas, while life coaches focus on helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
Our approach to goal-setting is to help clients identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. We also work with clients to create an action plan and provide accountability to ensure they stay on track to achieve their goals.
Confidentiality is of utmost importance. In our coaching practice. we adhere to the International Coach Federation's (ICF) Code of Ethics, which includes strict guidelines for maintaining client confidentiality. For team and organizational clients, we will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement upon request.

Privacy - Personal Information
While working with a coach from Shinka Solution, LLC, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to maintain an uninterrupted stream of communication in order to provide pertinent updates regarding the coaching process. Personally identifiable information may include but is not limited to (contact person’s) name, address, telephone, or any other information deemed necessary to maintain communication.
Privacy - 3rd Party
Calendly: Shinka Solution collects a majority of its information for scheduling and booking through Calendly, a 3rd party application software and therefore data provided to Shinka Solution, LLC will be processed by this entity. Information collected by the Calendly is governed by their privacy policy.
Privacy - Google:
As a precautionary measure, Shinka Solution, LLC backs up and stores a majority of its information collected regarding coaching engagements with Google, a 3rd party cloud storage company. Data provided to Shinka Solution, LLC will be stored on Google's cloud and therefore is governed by their privacy policy. Shinka Solution, LLC exercises no control over these third party sites and their privacy practices.
Privacy - Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way via PayPal. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
