Meet Laura

Founder of Shinka Solution

19+ years of experience with eldercare for her immigrant father while climbing the corporate ladder with children, marriage, divorce, co-parenting and more. She is passionate about being compassionate with our elders and ourselves. Let's find ways to navigate the complex world of aging with grace together. 


With more than 20 years of business transformation and executive coaching experience with Fortune 50 companies, Federal Agencies and Nonprofit Organizations, Laura can comfortably navigate multiple industries, sectors and family situations with complex ecosystems and stakeholders. 


She has a unique ability to really hear you and work with you to blend multiple approaches to craft a bespoke experience that meets your specific needs. She is comfortable connecting with individuals at all levels - from stay at home parents, factory floor to the C-Suite. 


She is a Master Certified Professional Coach (MCPC) and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSS MBB) and has a broad range of influence that inform her approach.
